Sensor for temperature measurement system of vacuum furnace

The sensor used to test temperature of vacuum furnace is thermocouple with diameter of  6 mm and test temperature of about 1200 ℃. The imported thermocouple is used in the original, which is expensive and takes a long time to purchase. At present, there is no specialized manufacturer in China. Once the thermocouple is damaged, under normal circumstances, only ordinary thermocouple can be used to deal with the temperature measurement under vacuum. Because the thermocouple is relatively thin and works under high temperature and high pressure, the thermal dipole is easy to be damaged.

The requirement of thermocouple used in high temperature and vacuum is more and more urgent. There is no professional manufacturer for the original thermocouple used in vacuum furnace in China at present. The traditional way is to use conventional thermocouple to deal with the temperature measurement under high temperature and vacuum. However, after the thermocouple is used for a period of time, the vacuum degree can not be guaranteed, and the service life is very short. Because the change of vacuum degree is generally measured by the air leakage rate of vacuum furnace, the air leakage rate of vacuum furnace directly affects the product quality and the pumping speed of the pumping system, which is one of the important indexes of vacuum furnace.

This causes frequent replacement of thermocouples, which not only wastes money, but also delays the production. Therefore, according to the test temperature and vacuum index of American vacuum furnace, the thermocouple used in vacuum furnace is researched and manufactured, which solves the vulnerability problem of thermocouple, and has the advantages of high data accuracy and long service life.
